These terms govern the use of the Cartel 72 trading floor and procurement tools.

Ordering

All orders are subject to confirmation, MOQ availability, and lead time confirmation. Pricing is ex-VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payment terms

Payment terms are shown on proforma documents. Deposits and balance schedules must be met prior to release.

Lead times

Lead times depend on production, consolidation windows, and freight conditions. Dates are confirmed once the manifest is finalized.

Compliance

Compliance documentation is supplied during quotation and is subject to supplier availability.

Liability

Cartel 72 is not liable for indirect damages or delays caused by force majeure, customs holds, or supplier interruptions.
