Inspect deliveries upon arrival. Notify Cartel 72 within 48 hours for visible damage or shortages.

How to file a claim

  1. Provide the manifest ID and SKU(s).
  2. Share photos, batch numbers, and delivery notes.
  3. Send details via the quote form or sales@cartel72.com.

Resolution

We coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to issue replacements, credits, or rework plans based on the claim type.
